My son is only 4 months old but we are going through the same thing.  They have increased his med’s three times. He is now on 10 mg of cortef/day (a lot for a 4 month old).  His 17ohp was over 8000 a month ago and was 1800 last week.  I’m not sure what we are going to try next.
