Thank you for your responses. Sorry my first post wasn’t clear. Jack was on one (.1mg)  tablet per day, divided into two doses.

We had his bp checked this morning. It was down to a much more reasonable 108/62. He has been completely off the florinef for 4 days now. I have a call into his endo and hopefully will hear back today. I am hoping his endo wants him back on the florinef at a lower dose (1/2 tab a day?) I am not crazy about stopping it altogether, but I know that his bp was way too high last week. (He also was complaining of headaches and "spots" before we stopped the fludro - very scary)
