I’m sure there are many threads on the archives about this, but I’m pushed for time today. We have a 6 year old daughter with SWCAH.
We decided not to have anymore children. We love our daughter dearly and wouldn’t trade her for the world! We just have some guilt
issues with some choices we made for her, and didn’t want to risk going through that again. God has other plans for us, however,
and we are now expecting our second child. I just found out and am still trying to investigate. I just have a few questions:

1. Do I have to go on Dex?
2. Do I need to start Dex right away if I do go on it?
3. What are the advantages/disadvantages of Dex?
4. How soon can they find out if the baby has CAH?

I think these are the main questions I have now. Any advice is welcomed and appreciated!
