Check the brand of Dex you are using, it should be on the label, and compare it to an old bottle you might still have hanging around.  I basically did the same thing, did a double take as I drew it up in the syringe.  It was clear, not the cherry color it usually is.  I compared and realized they were different and immediately called the pharmacy.  Of course I watched intently as Christi took the medicine, I don’t know, like I was going to see her squish her face up, or spit it out, or twitch...(just kidding), but I saw nothing other than a slight hesitation when it went into her mouth.  I also have not noticed a difference in her performance, but she cannot tell me if it tastes different or if she feels different.  So far she acts as if nothing has changed.  My only concern was a previous posting about how people felt different on different brands.  Again, I will keep you posted on what I find out.
