I’ve never posted here but should probably start.  I’m a 52 year old woman with CAH (not salt losing type).  I took Cortef for years, then Prednisone and now Dex for years and years.  My mom used to crush Cortef in a spoonful of water, but it was absolutely the worst tasting stuff, so I learned to swallow pills whole at a very early age!  Anyway, I have never had any cavities in my entire life!  But again, I never chewed!
