I think my son’s first 4 months were a good indicator of how he was going to react to the meds.

He was 9pounds 13 oz at birth. Began treatment at 7 days old. He was on a high dose of steroids initially (21mg/m2/day) and weighed 21 pounds 7 oz by 4 months.

For the last 5 years, each time we increased his dose he gained significant amounts of weight.
