I have a 10 boy with SWCAH.  He did not sleep through the night until around age 5.  I can definitely relate to the sleep deprivation.  For years I never had more than 2-3 hours of sleep.  I caught little naps whenever I could.  However, my little guy never was a good napper during the day.  I have since had 2 other children who don’t have CAH, but aren’t very good sleepers either.  It’s hard to say.  I always thought that his sleeplessness had to do with his meds/CAH.  I offer my support. It is a very trying time, but it will pass. The sleep patterns do get better.  At least they have for my son.

Good luck and hang in there!
