Marie - Why have you not been treated? I have had back pains in my kidney area - (off and on) and a lot of other women with LOCAH have mentioned the same. Are you functioning alright without medication? Have you had a CT scan of your adrenals? I would think that being on meds would help your situation......and maybe shrink your adrenals back to a somewhat normal size.

Are you seeing an endocrinologist?
