Several years ago I communicated with a doctor from the Washington state area (don’t even remember his name) about my son who has SWCAH.  My son was having a great deal of difficulty with bed wetting.  We even were keeping track of his input and out put during the day.  Excluding his bed wetting he was putting out almost exactly what he was taking in for liquids during the day.  I began doing my homework and thought that there was a chance that he ad a form of diabetes (diabetes insipitas).   This doctors name appears in much that I read so I e-mailed him directly and discussed my son.  He was great and very helpful.  He told me that I raised a very interesting question because the two disorders were somewhat contradictory of eachother.  He did some research along with two other colleagues of his who were pedi endo’s and specialized in CAH and a month later he got back to me and told me that they all agreed it was impossible to have CAH and diabetes.
