Hi Tanya, My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.  My story is similar to all of the ones you’re hearing, jaundice, blood tests everyday trying to figure it all out -finally after 8 days, our new-born screening came back with the results & we were rushed to the hospital.  They said 1 more day & we would’ve lost him -not to mention he had been born with pneumonia & been in the NICU for 4 days already.  These children are fighters, thank goodness -and it does get better! We are so blessed.  Our son is a salt-waster & is 20 months old now -the jpy of our lives.  We also are expecting his brother in early June.  Life does become "normal" aagain.
