My son had jaundice - diagnosed with the heel stick done at birth.  He was sent home after the routine 2-day stay following delivery, but we were required to use a ’bili-blanket’ for a week.  His billirubin levels were up and down throughout the week of treatment.  CAH was not diagnosed until 1 month of age, but I have also wondered if there was any connection, although the doctors have never mentioned one.
