My 7 year old son with SWCAH has gained a lot of weight after they increaseed his cortef. After his results came back this last time they said he is getting too much. I had already decreased his cortef because I had felt he was. Will his weight go back down when he is on the right dose. He still after 3 weeks of this new dose is puffy and his appetite is still increased compared to what it use to be. He use to look like a normal 7 year old boy, now he is starting to look like he is 9 or more years of age. I am un sure if his meds are still wrong or why this is happening, we have never had this problem before. Can anyone help me to understand what is going wrong for my son.
