But I am :)  My endocrinologist feels pretty sure I have CAH despite some inconsistent blood tests.  He thinks the consistently elevated ACTH has caused the tumor to grow in my pituitary.  I’m having another ACTH stim test tomorrow, and once that is back he is going to start treatment.

My question is whether he will put me on something separate to lower my testosterone, or will whatever drug you take for CAH lower it enough?  Is acne a side effect of CAH?  The acne and hirsutism really bother me, so I want to basically ask him for the most effective way to do it.
