I took dex with my 4th pregnancy for about 6 weeks until I found out it was a boy. Unfortunately though we did find out later that he had CAH also. I took the dex 3 times a day. Once as soon as I woke up (6ish) and then around 2pm and then before I went to bed (10-11ish).

The only thing I would strongly recommend is that you wean off of the dex. Don’t stop it cold turkey.
