I so agree with you Amy. Give me that time release patch if you can take away the pills! I’d take that over anything. After my day teaching today, and just forgetting to take my morning meds till after lunch, and then I took my weekly dosage of Fosomax this morning, my stomach felt like it was burning all day. I drank plenty of water too. Oh well at least I wasn’t sick.

I forgot the meds because I have to take the Fosomax on an empty stomach without any meds for 1/2 hour. Then I’m on my way to work and thought I’d take it there but forgot. I’m 38, 17 OH.
