I know that before i was diagnosed with CAH adult onset, i had horrible acne from elementary into adulthood.  i went to my regular OB/GYN and she put me on a cream called benzaclin, which is a miracle for me.  i have been pretty much acne free for about a year (i do still get the occassional stubborn one once in a while).  I’m not sure about medication for CAH calming the acne but i did want to let you know about the cream that can help with the acne.
