If your daughter is like mine then she has a uterus, ovaries, and xx sex chromosomes.  My daughter had clitoral enlargement as well.  she had surgery at about 6 mos of age and now has a perfectly normal looking female genitalia.  The reason your daughter has what looks like a penis is because of a genetic mistake in her body.  She is not in anyway a boy.  When you give her her meds her testosterone decreases to an amount that is normal in girls.  She is also capable of having children.  In my opinion for you not to help your daughter get her normal genitalia back is a horrible, horrible disservice to her.  She does not have a penis.  She has an enlarged clitoris.  When she becomes a teenager this will twist her mind in ways I cannot begin to imagine.  Please speak with some older girls with CAH on this site to get the most important perspective.
