There have been many many adult women who have posted and who had surgery at an early age with out consent.  Most of them are upset that they had the decision taken away from them and have trouble having an orgasm.  Most were examined often even after surgery and have emotional scars and definately felt that something must have been terribly wrong with them for them to have needed surgery "down there".  Basically with or without surgery there quite possibly can be emotional pain. But cosmetic surgery is forever.  You can never undue what was done.  Who really needs to see our children’s privates?  Only a small handful have seen my daughter.  She has asked me why she looks different and I told her "Some girls have large clitorises and some have small clitorises".  For now she accepts that.  I know that she would not want her clitoris cut off at this age and she feels fine with it.  When she is old enough to understand the possible consequences of the cosmetic surgery, I will support her decision on this subject in all ways.  If your penis was "too small" would you have wanted surgeons to cut it off to save you from embarressment during your teen years?  Think about it.
