What does your obstetrician say?  I spotted a lot in my first pregnancy and I gave birth to a healthy daughter.  I think it’s very common.  Two of my close friends actually bled and one had cramps (cramps are more serious)  and they both went to term with their pregnancies.  I also think it’s probably not because of the dex but I don’t really know anything about the drug.
