My girls had clitoral reduction and genitoplasty. The only advice I can offer you is to go to an experienced doctor in this field. Even though they only have the fused labia--its still a very delicate area. I would call Kelly at CARES and ask for the closest urologist that is recommended by CARES. These people do this a lot and will do a much better job than a general surgeon who might have done it a handful of times.
