hmm, I’m not a toddler...but this sounds like what just happened to me after getting stress dosed with a 4mg shot of Dex, and then a day later getting stress dosed with 100mg solucortef. At first I was fine and had lots of energy, then I literally broke down, I did end up in the ER ready to be admitted. But they sent me home. The Dr said he didn’t think the Droperidol did it because it was already out of my system, but he thought that the Dex was more than likely the culprit.

 Me being an adult and having gone through being oversupressed and undersupressed, I’m sure that my moods were affected both ways. But moreso when I was oversupressed. The black cloud never lifted. My daughter also became moody and depressed when she was on a higher dose of Cortef, it was like night and day. Now when she gets moody and cries, we know mother nature is on her way:o) .......Anyway just thought I’d share that bit.
