I don’t know what is burning tongue syndrome, but my 2 yrs old son (swcah) usually has red toungue, lips and lip corner cut. he puts everything in his mouth with saliva coming out of his mouth. When these symptoms increase, he also has loose motions. Docs say that he has multivitamin defficiency and give him Polybion (multivitamin syrup) and Hamycin or Candid to apply on his tongue. As long as I give him this treatment he’s alright, but when i stop, symptoms reappear.They also doubt it as side effect of Hydrocortisone. Does anyone has any idea regarding this?
