I guess it all depends on how your body reacts to having CAH - how well you have been treated throughout your childhood - over treatment can lead to osteoporosis which in itself can be very debilitating, as well as weight gain, depression etc.  Some with CAH seem to do well and some do not. I think almost everyone wants to have a normal life and of you are lucky enough to be able to have one, it isn’t right to knock others. SOme are lucky they can get away with few admissions and do not need to see an endo so often,so of us however do - perhaps if treatment was better -none of us would have problems
