Our first endo. did not do the stim. test.  He only did a baseline 17ohp.  We did a stim test last month and just omitted the a.m. cortef dose.  Since there was some cortef still in his system the test is not 100 accurate but still provides some helpful information.  If his 17ohp’s are coming back normal now I don’t see a reason to do the 17ohp or dna testing at this point.  As I said, our pediatrician has seen this happen before and the child does not end up with a cah diagnosis or any further problems.  What was his most recent 17ohp??
