My 3 yr. old SWCAH daughter had all of her vaccinations without any problems. We gave tylenol every 4 hrs. until she went to bed the night of the vaccines. Never ran a fever. My 3 mth. old SWCAH son has had his first set of shots and we also gave tylenol and he did fine, no fever or anything. The endo said there was no need to increase the cortef dosages unless they did run a fever. Hope this helps.
