My just-turned-eight non-Cah daughter has also had some fairly remarkable b.o. at times. Knowing that CAH is in our family, we were a little nervous as to whether this was somehow related. Our pediatrician reassured us that this is within the normal realm of puberty (and that puberty does seem to be starting at earlier ages than when we were young).

The body odour seemed to last only a few months, around age 7 3/4. I haven’t noticed any B.o. in quite a while. Fluctuating hormones???
