My mom used to be like that when she was younger. She talked so fast and so long, now she still talks so long( I don’t get a word in edgwise), but she has to say umm a lot and it’s much slower.

 I also have the anemia problem, been borderline to very low for all my life. I take iron off and on, guess I always will.
