At what levels of 17OHP is NCAH treated?  At what age would you expect to have the ACTH stimulation test conducted to diagnose NCAH?  This endo thinks the 3 month old, Hispanic baby is too young to put him through the testing.  He says he wouldn’t medicate him anyway, even though he doesn’t know what the test results would be.
