Thanks so much for this information. Based on my FSH:LH ratio, I was diagnosed with PCOS but they did not test me for LOCAH.  I am suspiscious because my insulin results came back normal, and low carb doesn’t seem to be doing much.

I don’t know if this is a stupid question, but does adrenal hyperplasia ever play into worsening asthma or allergies? I know cortisol controls these things too, and over the past couple years with some other symptoms getting worse, i’ve developed those as well.
