Yes Carol, I know what you are talking about.  I had almost the same experience except that when Martha called me she introduced herself by saying that she wanted to ask me some questions regarding the "CAH Carrier Study".  I answered the battery of questions (probably the same ones you answered) and at the end was told that Dr. Rassmison (I think) was very interested in talking with me AND other CAH carriers. 

She said that, although the meds I am on for my thyroid disease would normally kick me out of the study,  the Dr. was still interested in some of the information I had forwarded on about symptoms of other CAH carriers.  I had gathered this information earlier from an impromptu survey off of this board and direct email.  Could it be possible that it has stricken a cord of interest to them?  Or could it be that many of the parents of CAH children do go through stress and traumatic events directly related to an adrenal crisis.

Oh well, it could turn into something and even if there is just the slightest chance it could it is worth a try.  Something has to change eventually.(:>)
