I agree Paul, my son is only 2 and has worn a medic alert braclet since he was about 6 months old. It has been a great teething ring and makes a fantastic sound when scrapped along the cement lol. I dont think Ryan realises that he wears it anymore unless someone asks about it. 

Even though either myself our his father is with him all the time there is that odd occassion when we are not but are comforted in the fact that if there is an emergencey the information is there.

We have found that it is necessary to replace the emblem every 12months as the engraving becomes hard to read.
