We live in the Midwest and this winter my son (17 months) developed a skin rash over his chest and back only.   My ped said "welcome to skin in the winter".... he gave me a Rx for Elidil and I applied it 2x a day for probably a month.  Just when I thought that it would never clear up......it was gone.   It is hard not to think everything is related to CAH.  I was certain that his rash was an allergic reaction to his CAH meds and that I would never be able to treat him correctly again.   Funny to think about that now.   Good Luck-
