well adam, i assure you that medication dosing can be as close to perfect, hormone levels ok, and something else still off and it will effect you to that extent. just take a look at all the people who are having trouble and you should be able to see that.  you are one of the lucky ones but some of us are not so lucky. perhaps a little sensitivity would be better next time.  don’t pass judgement until you’ve been there.
