I just want to be 100 percent honest with you. If you say that you should be eating better and exercising more then you probably should be.  You may be suprised by how much a healthy diet full of the nutrients you need may help you and this will push you to exercise more. Let’s say that your CAH gene does have something to do with it? I don’t think you should try to use it as an excuse. I know of a book that I read an loved. It is called "RX Super Foods", by Dr. Pruit I blieve.  It talks about a diet that focuses on you getting all the nutrients you need from the foods with the lowest amounts of calories and it really helps your energy. I don’t want to be mean and I hope I wasn’t, but I am a 23 year old male with SWCAH and I just don’t think having it or not having it is an excuse for anything.
