I don’t think they tell you up front about the replacement, but once I replaced one because it was so worn you could not read it very well.  Later when ordering a sports band bracelet from them, I mentioned the earlier bracelet and they said if I had told them back then they would have replaced it for free and to keep that in mind for the future.
