re: fevers

Judy,

From my personal experience this is not related to CAH.  My son now 9 almost never runs a fever.  But I will say that when he was very young he ran very high when he did.  Sometimes 106.  But I was the same as a child.  My personal feeling is that a fever is a sign of something going on like an infection.  Does your granddaughter get fussy when she’s running a fever?  Two thoughts come to mind.... teething or ear infection.  I know many children who run fevers for both.  I also know a few who’s children have had an ear infection and their child isn’t even fussy.  Just a thought to consider.  Good luck and keep us posted.
