Just a thought,  are you certain that all her levels are on target?  We went through two incidents where my baby was constantly having high fevers, sever diarrhea and vomiting.  Has it turned out he was both times either severely overdosed or extremely under dosed.  Now since is levels are closer to the normal range I can’t remember even once in the last 3/4 year where he was running a fever.
