I am a 18 year old female with SWCAH and you never know when you will or can go into a adrenal crisis. A medical alert braclet could and can save your life when you get sick and no one else is around to tell the doctors or paramedics whats wrong with you or what to do about it .... also I recommend having a doctor write out a list or what steriods to give incase of emergency..... and keep the paper with u at all times.
