re: re: Lock Down situations at school today- lesson learned!

I called the school as soon as we realized what was happening.  They assured me all of the children were safe and my girls had access to anything they needed and would call me if any emergency situation came up.  It is awful to think of something like this happening in our village.  It has about 3000 people and this if the gentleman died it would be the first murder in almost 10 years!  Fortunately, it looks like he will survive.  It is very sad to see how things are going in this world!  There is alot of good but there is also so much bad.  I see so much more than I want to because of my husbands job but when it happens in your own back yard it gets very scary!  In our metro area, our village is known as "copland".

Thnakfully everyone is OK!
