Sorry I did not answer sooner.  Nic was on cortef for many years, but it wasn’t doing the job.  So that’s why he went on the Dex. They say it is longer lasting, he is taking hydrocortisone in the AM...  Dex in the PM..

Our endo. is Dr. Merke at NIH she is great, we also have an endo here...  They have tried many things over the years.  And yes 15,000 is very high I agree.  I also think 3,000 is also to high, but they say we maybe are worrying to much about the ##.  This changes with the day, the Dr. sometimes has a problem with it, and sometimes not.  It is very confusing, and frustrating..
