Jennifer Lynn mother of a CAH child started a Support Group for CAH families in Indiana at Riley Hospital for Children with the help of Kelly Leight of the Cares Foundation. She worked hard and did a wonderful job!!!!  She recently suffered a devastating stroke which has left her unable to move or speak. To be more specific, a blood clot settled in a major artery in her brain stem which the doctors have stated is the worst possible stroke that a person may have. They are unaware of what caused it, buth they seem to agree that Jenny is the youngest person they have seen with this condition. They have never seen anyone get better from this before. Her condition is called "locked-in-syndrome", she is aware and fully able to think but no movement from her body.  She may die from this at anytime, or she may have much longer. It is uncertain at this time.
