I forgot to add that I’m not sure how much the FISH test cost. I had insurance and I had already paid my out of pocket so I didn’t really care. As far as them saying it wasn’t necessary, how do they know that? Do they know that you might be on a powerful drug that can be stopped if the baby is a boy. Probably not. Don’t let them tell you what you need. You tell them. You are paying for it.
