Don’t think so

If your parents knew you had a medical condition such as CAH, they would have had to have you treated for it to avoid things like premature puberty, hirsutism and other problems that arise when you go untreated.    You’d be on corticosteroid meds permanently.  Now I can’t see them deliberately leaving you untreated without med’s which would mean only one thing...if you DO have CAH, they have never had you tested or had it confiemd that you do have it.   However, that doesn’t necessarily mean you havn’ t got it and only blood tests would tell you if you had for sure.  If you 18yo I doubt that the heel prick test would have been avaialble to check for mild or serious CAH back then, and sometimes mild is not picked up even with heel prick tests.  So unless you can remember having blood tests in childhood, then your parents definately dont have anything they need to hide from you--as they never knew in the first place I’d say.

No one here can tell you going by just the enlarged clitoris as like I stated above   there are other symptoms such as hirsutism and male pattern baldnes in women and men or thinning scalp hair-but again you’d still have to have a blood test to confirm it.
