I have read this also.... but my Granddaughter has a very thick head of hair. Age 3. Does this happen as you age ? When she was a small baby she looked like a boy with her hair being very short and not growing. But , when it did WOW!  Long black thick beautiful hair. Don’t womens and mens hair thin and falling out when they get older? I am 53 and I know mine is thinner on the top than what it use to be. Just one of the lovely things about aging. LOL
