When I was breastfeeding, unfortunately my son was in the NICU and they had to monitor his intake, so pumping was the answer.  We just added about 30cc of my milk to the salt.  The nuk nipples worked the best for us to simulate the breast.  Also, using a larger syringe than your salt dose and adding your milk in the syringe and inserting it into his mouth that way, if you do not want him to take from a bottle.
