In the state of Missouri, state liscenced day cares are not required to give mediciations. The two day cares that I have used were national chains (LaPetite and KinderCare) and I have not had a problem with the medications being given, daily and on time. If I was unable to find appropriate day care, I would contact the state office that does the liscening, etc.
