THe best way I think you can describe a chushing look is "moonface"  VERY ROUND.  I think we are all very much aware of our little ones b/c of the CAH & pay very close attention.  My daughter is 4mo old & has the chubby cheeks, chubby thighs, chubby everything! At first I was really concerned of her facing being so chubby, but she is growing into it & now I notice that my oldest daughter(who does not have CAH) was just about as chubby in the face at the same time.
