We too have been through this, what the endo usually does is send in a chunky diatition to tell you what you already know.  :o) I had an endo one time tell me that it was my fault not the cortef. If he only had any idea of how we eat compared to the average family, we should be skinny people!!

 Isn’t it a shame that natural cortisol can’t be used instead of steroids? I wonder if the side affects would be any less.
