I have been dealing with CAH for 13 years now, with my sons ( 13, 9).  They are both SWCAH. I have been to 2 differnet endroc. and neither one has ever suggested the injection to me.  I have been reading about it and I am curious.  The other day., my sons got sick with the stomach virus and when I called the dr. he said to give them the injection.  I told him that we dont have it, we needless to say we ended up in the hospital due to dehydration.  I since have gotten the injection , but am not really clear of when to use it????  It really would not have kept us out of the hospital b/c we had to get IV fluids.  Any information that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!  I really would like examples of when you have used it .  Thanks.....
