Hi Margaret!  I started having laser hair removal done in 1999 and I think I finished in 2002.  I think I spent around $10,000 over that time and it was the BEST money that I have every spent.  I would do it again even if it cost more money.  Before having it I was shy and would always try to cover my face up somehow.  Now I will even leave the house without have any makeup on, which is something that would not even cross my mind before.  The type of treatment I had done did not require wax removal of the hair first.  I think it was an Epi Light laser system.  My face broke out really bad after the first treatment because there was just so much hair but from then after it was much better.  I think I was going around once a month in the beginning and then it more spread out.  I also had the laser done on my stomach and chest.
